Why Wasn't My Trash Collected?
The most common mistakes that can result in non-collection are:
- Putting your waste out too late
Collection begins at 8:00 PM. If you put your bin out even a few minutes after 8:00 PM, the waste collectors could have already passed by your door. - Bringing your container inside too soon
Collection is permitted to work late into the night. Depending on the volume, layout of the community, size of the community, it may take as long as 3-4 hours to collect all the waste in the community. - Not being within the guidelines and regulations
Always follow the guidelines and regulations. All waste must be bagged and tied and placed directly in the provided bin. The only exception are flattened boxes. Extra bags may be stacked on top of each other in the bin. Most management companies or owners do not allow bags to be placed directly on the breezeway floor as this can result in floor stain(s). - You set your bin out on a day when we do not pick up.
Please review the community waste collection schedule. Classic City Trash Valet does not pick up on federal holidays, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve. - I followed the proper procedures and my trash was still not picked up!
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience. Please call Classic City Trash Valet Trash at 706-431-3727 or fill out the contact us form so that the issue can be properly documented.

This is the time frame that was agreed upon to allow residents to set their waste outside for collection. This is the most common time frame for the majority of residents to utilize our service. If your prior commitments do not allow for you to adhere to this schedule, please contact your community leasing office to discuss further.
